Orchard View Retirement Living was founded in 1999 by the master homebuilders the Princiotta family. Known for architectural excellence and quality workmanship, founder Tony Princiotta brought the same passion to creating graceful and inviting seniors’ housing in the Ottawa region. Today, Tony’s son Joe carries on his legacy of developing and operating fine residences that resonate with the love and respect for seniors that Tony envisioned.
